These terms govern your use of the Nyren Labs website and any chat assistant we operate. Nyren Labs is a sole proprietorship based in North Carolina, United States.
If you're a Nyren Labs client, the signed service agreement between us governs our working relationship. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
Using this website
You may browse this site and contact us about our services. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
Chat assistants
Chat assistants we operate — including the one on this site — are AI systems, not people. They generate responses automatically.
They aim to be accurate, but AI systems can produce incorrect or unexpected answers. Do not rely on anything a chat assistant says as professional advice, or as a binding quote, price, or commitment from any business. Confirm anything important directly with the business before acting on it.
Where an assistant operates on another business's website, that business — not Nyren Labs — is responsible for the accuracy of information about its own services, and for how it follows up with you.
Information you send us
Don't send payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or anything else sensitive through a chat assistant or contact form. They aren't designed to receive it.
By providing a phone number you agree the business you contacted may call or text you about your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled and how to opt out.
Our content
The text, design, code, and branding on this site belong to Nyren Labs. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Names and logos belonging to other businesses remain theirs.
Availability
We aim to keep everything running continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems at providers we depend on.
Liability
This website and its chat assistant are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyren Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost business — arising from use of this site or reliance on anything a chat assistant says.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
